3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.

• Products without original packaging
• Change of mind after delivery

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
